The Doggie Bark Stopper invented by Lindsey DeMatteis at Clear Creek School, Grass Valley, CA.
This non-functioning prototype was made out of balsa wood with holes for a speaker. The red light is a sensor that when a dog barks, it triggers a loud uncomforable noise in a high frequency that humans can't hear.
The Inventing & Patenting Board of Directors includes successful inventors, prominent patent attorneys, and a former US Patent Office official.
